What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal through our secure checkout.
Will I be billed immediately for my purchase?
If you pay with a credit card you will not be billed until the order ships. If you are using a
debit card tied to a bank account, or Paypal, you will be billed immediately.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
We make every effort to send a tracking number for shipped items within 1-2 business days. All
items ship from our Connecticut location and receive a UPS or USPS tracking number when they ship.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Standard shipping on our site is UPS Ground Shipping. However, we can ship via any expedited
method you choose: 3 Day, 2nd Day, Next Day, etc. Please contact us at 1-877-260-4166 to receive
an expedited shipping quote.
Do you warranty your products?
As of January 1st 2006, All Thule products now fall under a limited lifetime warranty which
warrants our products against manufacturer defects.
How do I return an order?
You can return an order within 30 days of purchase. The item must be new and never installed
on a vehicle. To return an item please call us at 1-877-260-4166 to arrange the details.
The original shipping charges are a serivce paid to the carrier and are not refundable.
How do I log into my account?
You log into your account using the email address and password you signed up with. If you
placed an order over the phone, login will be the email address you provided the sales rep,
and your password will be your last name.

How do I change my password?
You may change your password at any time once you log in on
this page.
How do I track an order?
You can track a shipped order by logging into your account and viewing your
order status. Click on the order number you would like to track to
view the order details. You will then be able to track each item by clicking on the
corresponding tracking number.
How long will it take to receive my order?
UPS Ground shipping generally takes 5 business days (Monday - Friday) to move across the
continental U.S. Expedited shipments are time guaranteed.
What are your hours?
Our business hours are Monday through Thursday 9AM to 7PM EST, Fridays 9AM to 5PM EST, and
Saturdays 10AM to 3PM EST. We are closed on Sundays.
I live near you! Can I pick my order up?
Absolutely! However, we do not stock everything on our website in our store, and certain
items in particular are considered "special order". We recommend that you give us a call
before stopping by to see if we have what you want, especially if you're not local to us!
Directions to our store
Do you match prices from other stores?
We do not have a price-matching guarantee. However, please let us know if you find something
at a lower price elsewhere, and we'll see what we can do to meet or beat the price.
Do you do installations?
We do offer installation services for your rack and other Thule accessories. Please contact us at
1-877-260-4166 for pricing and informtaion.
Where's my receipt?
Receipts are available online for you to print at your convenience. Visit the
orders
page to see all of your past orders with us. Click on the order number you're interested in, and then click
the 'Print Receipt' button.
Do you have a catalog?
At this time we do not have a print catalog. The most complete listing of parts we carry
can be found on our website. However, we do have access to many more parts than you see on
our site, so give us a call if you cannot find what you're looking for.
