PURCHASES - All purchases are final at the time of shipment. North American Motorsports, LLC is not responsible for any
typographical errors in description or price of products.
LEGALITY OF PRODUCTS - Most of the products we sell are "street legal" in all fifty states. However, some products may not be
legal in some states, or not legal for road use at all. North American Motorsports, LLC is not responsible for any loss or damages
occurring from the installation of parts or accessories that may not be street legal. Furthermore, North American Motorsports,
LLC is not responsible for any loss or damages occurring from the installation of any parts or accessories that we sell. All
installation work should be performed by a trained technician.
ACCURACY - We make every effort to ensure that the information found on our site is accurate. However, we gain this information
directly from the manufacturers, and are not responsible for any errors in description. We are not responsible for any defects
in craftsmanship resulting in improper fitment or operation. In the event that an error occurs in the description of a product,
resulting in improper fitment on your vehicle, we will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve this issue.
PRICES - Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices listed on your invoice/sales receipt are the prices current at
the time of shipping. We make every effort to ensure prices on our website are up to date and accurate. North American
Motorsports, LLC is not responsible for any typographical errors in pricing occurring on our website or any subsequent forms.
SALES TAX - A 6% Sales Tax is charged to all customers residing in the state of Connecticut. All orders placed by customers
residing within the state of Connecticut, whether delivered within the state of Connecticut or not, as well as all products
delivered within the state of Connecticut are subject to the Connecticut Sales Tax of 6%.
PAYMENTS - All payments must be received and cleared in full before any item will be shipped. Payment methods accepted include
all major credit cards, PayPal, money orders, and personal checks. Personal checks will be accepted on the terms that a thirty day
period is required to allow the check to clear.
SHIPPING - North American Motorsports, LLC is not responsible for merchandise which is lost or damaged during shipping. In the
event that such an issue arises while in the shipping process, you must deal directly with the carrier. Most products are shipped
via UPS Ground, unless otherwise stated on your invoice. Other shipping arrangements can be made in most cases if you make a
request at the time of purchase (additional charges will apply).
BACKORDERS - In the event that we do not have a product, or can not receive a product from the manufacturer in a reasonable
period of time, we will notify you immediately via email or telephone. We will not bill you until the item has shipped, and we
will notify you of shipment at that time. If you have paid for your order with PayPal, however, the money is transferred to us immediately and
this is beyond our control.
RETURNS - All returns MUST be approved by us before any refund will be issued. No returns are accepted
after 30 days of receipt of product. Only new, undamaged products will be accepted for a refund at our discretion. Any part or accessory
that has been installed, used, damaged, or is not packed in its original packaging is not subject to return and refund. PRIOR to returning
any product, you must obtain a return authorization number from us. Original shipping is NOT refundable as this is a service that has already
been provided. In addition, return shipping will NOT be paid for by North American Motorsports. In circumstances where an incorrect product
is received, or a product is received damaged original shipping and return shipping may be covered at our discretion. Returns may be subject
to the restocking fee described below.
HOOD/BODY KIT RETURNS - Hoods and body kits, or body kit pieces, will only be accepted for return with prior authorization.
Original shipping charged on these items is NOT refundable. In addition, return shipping WILL be deducted from your eligible refund. All
return shipping of hoods and/or body kits and body kit pieces MUST be arranged by you and paid in full by you. North American Motorsports will
NOT arrange for return shipping and will NOT pay for return shipping on hoods, body kits, or body kit pieces. In rare instances shipping will
be covered on hood or body kit returns at our discretion. Returns may be subject to the restocking fee described below.
RESTOCKING FEE - All items being returned are subject to our 10% restocking fee. A restocking fee will NOT be charged on orders
being returned due to an error on behalf of North American Motorsports, including: shipment of incorrect item or receipt of a damaged item.
All other orders will be subject to this 10% restocking fee.
ASSOCIATIONS - North American Motorsports, LLC is in no way associated with any names or references appearing on our website or
any subsequent forms. All terms referring to make and model of vehicle are used for descriptive purposes only, and are the
property of their respective companies. All terms referring to manufacturers or product names are used for descriptive purposes
only, and are the property of their respective companies. North American Motorsports, LLC in no way claims to have any
association with these companies or their products.
WARRANTY - Due to the nature of our business, North American Motorsports, LLC does not offer warranties
for any products we carry. However, at our discretion, as described above, returns may be possible under certain circumstances. All products
carry their manufacturer's warranties, if applicable. Please refer to the manufacturers for any warranties that may be provided.
